Telecommunications towers consist of auxiliary equipment, facilities, antenna, and other components. The services in this agreement refer to the installation and maintenance of these telecommunications towers. The Parties have also agreed on other related services.

Telecommunications services, as referred to in this agreement, include planning, design and consultation of telecommunications projects, as well as the construction thereof. This may also involve specific researches, demonstration of construction projects, compilation of project proposals, feasibility study reports, and engineering design documentation.
It should bind both parties through terms and conditions. When a client requests maintenance, money isn’t always the first thing you have to consider.
