The second tender calls for two projects of unspecified capacity in Hechain, Gabes governate and Khobna, Sidi Bouzid governate.

According to the International Renewable Energy Agency’s (IRENA) Global Atlas, annual electricity production from PV systems ranges from 1,450 kWh per kilowatt peak (kWp) in the northwest to 1,830 kWh/kWp in the extreme southeast.
